At our dental office, Dr. Andrew Hoffman and our team we strive to provide you with the finest care. Our office in Exton, Pennsylvania, is in network and participates with the major PPO dental insurance companies.

Please note that if you have an insurance plan that we do not officially participate with, we will still accept the fee schedule payments from your carrier as if we are in network. Therefore, you will not be asked to pay the entire fee for our services ahead of time and you will not be balance billed either. Any out-of-network co-payments will be calculated according to the fee schedule of that particular insurance carrier.
We will make every effort to maximize your insurance reimbursement. As a courtesy to you, we will submit all insurance claims for you. When you schedule an appointment at our office, please provide us with detailed insurance information so that we can expedite and maximize reimbursement.
Financial Policy / Patient Billing
Dr. Hoffman is committed to providing you with high quality treatment at an affordable price. Portions of fees billed to insurance companies may not be paid by the insurance companies and are to be paid by the patient. Sometimes there is a co-payment required by you as per your insurance agreement. Any applicable payments are due at each appointment at the time services are rendered.
We offer a variety of convenient payment options. We accept personal checks, Visa®, Mastercard®, Discover® and American Express, and there is always a discount for cash payments. For those without insurance, we also offer a discount savings plan. For details, please contact our office today.
We believe that financial concerns should not be a deterrent for you to receive the quality care that you deserve. We also offer an easy and convenient way to finance your payments through CareCredit®. This program provides you with 0% interest for up to 12 months or a low-fixed APR payment option for periods of 24 to 48 months.
